Return or cancellation

In case of a return or cancellation from a webshop order, shipping fees are never refunded due to already made costs like stock refills, administration, packaging, courier fees, payment fees (i.e. Shopify Payments, Paypal fees, Bank costs). 

Sig Sauer AG parts and accessories

CSR Precision is not aloud to ship original Sig Sauer AG spare parts or accessories to Germany and the US due to their respective importers. Failure to understand this results in a refund of the purchased parts. Shipping fees are never refunded due to already made costs like stock refills, administration, packaging, courier fees, payment fees (i.e. Shopify Payments, Paypal fees, Bank costs).

Interception Customs & Border Protection

If a package, regardless if the part is regulated or non-regulated, is seized by Dutch or local (receiving) authorities, refund is not possible. All items shipped outside EU are on buyers responsibility.  

Dual-use

CSR-Precision is based in the Netherlands and therefore only exports dual-use items within the EU. 

Lasers for civil use

CSR-Precision only sells products with lasers from Streamlight which are classified as Class 2 or 2M and can be sold to civil users within the EU.
